Tuition Policy

Our performance year consists of approximately 34 weeks of classes payable over a 10 month plan for your convenience.  These monthly tuition payments are due on the first lesson of each month.  Remember that the monthly payment is the same whether there are 2, 3, 4 or 5 lessons in the month.  Payments made after the first week of the month, (after the 7th) will be charged a $20.00 late fee.  If your child is absent to class on the first week of the month when tuition is due, please do not wait until the second week of the month to pay or you will be charged the late fee.  You may drop your payment in the mail slot anytime during the first week of the month.  Students who fall more than one month behind in tuition payments will not be allowed to continue with classes.  Returned checks will be charged a $35.00 bank fee. 

Students must pay an annual fee of $35.00 each year due at Fall Registration.  These fees are used to purchase new music & equipment needed for the upcoming performance year as well as to fund numerous office & staffing expenses.
